1. Trading risks
Trading forex, gold, indices and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Prices can move quickly and without warning, including over weekends and around news.
- Leverage magnifies losses as much as gains.
- Slippage and gaps: trades can be filled at worse prices than expected, including stop-losses.
- Margin calls and stop-outs: your broker can close your trades automatically if your equity falls too far.
- Broker and platform risk: your broker's systems, spreads, fees and rules affect your results.
- Technical risk: internet, phone, app, server or broker problems can delay, change or stop trades.
2. You can lose your capital
You can lose some or all of the money in your trading account. Depending on your broker and account, losses can in some cases exceed your deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
3. No guaranteed profits
Exhaura AI does not promise or guarantee any profit, return or result. Past results, back tests, examples, screenshots and demonstration dashboards are not indications of future results. Any figures shown in demonstrations are sample data.
Nothing from Exhaura AI or a mentor is financial, investment or tax advice. Seek independent advice if you need it.
4. Automated execution consent
By connecting your broker account and starting the bot, you understand and agree that:
- The Exhaura AI app will open and manage trades on your account automatically, without asking you before each trade.
- Trades follow the bot's signals and the settings you choose (symbol, lot size, number of trades).
- You are responsible for your settings, for monitoring your account, and for stopping the bot when needed.
- You can stop the bot at any time in the app. Open trades may need to be closed separately.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Exhaura AI is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or losses caused by market conditions, your broker, technical failures or your settings. The full terms are in the terms and conditions. Liability wording to be confirmed by a lawyer.
6. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is explained in the privacy policy.
