1. User agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Exhaura AI legal entity name and registration number (“Exhaura AI”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, the Exhaura AI apps or a license key, you agree to these terms, the risk disclosure and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, if higher.
- You must be legally allowed to trade forex and leveraged products where you live.
- You must hold your own trading account with a broker. Exhaura AI is not a broker.
- The information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
3. The service
Exhaura AI provides software that places trades automatically on your own broker account, based on the bot's signals and the settings you choose. We do not hold your funds, we are not your broker, and nothing we provide is financial, investment or tax advice. Demonstrations, examples and sample dashboards are illustrations only.
Mentors can issue license keys to their clients through the Exhaura AI dashboard. A mentor is responsible for what they tell their clients.
4. Your responsibilities
- Choose your settings (symbol, lot size, number of trades) and understand the risk before you start the bot.
- Monitor your trading account regularly, and stop the bot when you need to.
- Keep your login details and license key private. A key is for one person and one device.
- Do not resell, share, copy, reverse engineer or misuse the software or license keys.
- Follow your broker's rules and the law where you live, including tax on any gains.
5. Subscription terms
- Access is sold in packages (Starter, Pro, Elite) for 30, 60 or 90 days, at the prices shown on the pricing section.
- Your access starts when your payment is confirmed and your license key is issued, and ends at the end of the period you paid for.
- Subscriptions renew automatically / do not renew automatically. Renewal and reminder details to be confirmed.
- Prices are in South African rand and include / exclude VAT. We may change prices for future periods, with notice.
- Each package allows a set number of broker connections (Starter 2, Pro 3, Elite 5).
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can stop using the bot at any time from the app. Refund policy to be confirmed by Exhaura AI, for example whether unused days are refunded, within what time after purchase, and how to ask for a refund.
Trading losses are not refundable. Your broker's fees, spreads and charges are between you and your broker.
7. Liability
- Trading results are your responsibility. We do not guarantee any profit or any particular result.
- The service may be interrupted by internet, broker, platform or other technical problems, and trades may be delayed, filled at a different price, or not placed. We are not liable for losses caused by these events.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last period. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
8. General
- We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the service is misused.
- We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top, and important changes will be announced.
